Student personal details
Student personal details are pre-populated from ERN. Information is updated in the student's ERN registration form which then flows through to the access request.
Where a student is not currently enrolled in a NSW department school their scholastic year may not be current. The access request Learning and Support Coordinator can add a comment to the provision requested section and/ or the principal can add a comment on their verification page indicating the student's current scholastic year. The student's correct scholastic year will only appear in their acess request once the student is enrolled/ re-enrolled into a department school.
