Behaviour Configuration in ERN QRG
This quick reference guide will show you how to edit your Schools Behaviour Configuration in ERN if required. This should already be set for your school; however, it is good practice to check and confirm all details are current and correct.
Background
The behaviour or suspension record uses the default School Behaviour settings whenever a new behaviour or suspension is recorded. It will trigger the email notification workflow to your Director, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍøal Leadership (DEL) if required.
Before you start
- Login to ERN
Detailed instructions
1. Expand the search panel from the ERN Homepage and click ‘My School’
2. Select ‘Behaviour Config’ tab at the top
3. Confirm and or edit, if required, the name and contact email of your DEL
4. Click ‘Save’
