Obtain a list of left and enrolled students – QRG
This quick reference guide shows you how to use the Registration Management Report in ERN to obtain a list of ‘Left’ students or ‘Enrolled’ students between a certain date range.
Background
The Registration Management Report in ERN is used to produce a list of ‘Left’ students or ‘Enrolled’ students between a certain date range. If you tick both ‘Enrolled’ and ‘Left’, it will return a list of students who have both enrolled and left your school in the specified date range. It cannot produce the list of Left students and Enrolled students at the same time.
System to use
Log in to the Staff portal and select ERN.

Detailed instructions
1. Select ERN School Enrolment > Reports from the menu.
2. Select Dynamic Reports > Registration Management from the menu.
3. Select the check box next to any fields to get those details displayed in the report.
In the example below, check boxes for Scholastic Year and Show Roll Class are selected.
4. Select the 'x' icon in the top corner of Registration Status window.
The Registration Status window expands and the fields are displayed on the screen.
5. Select the check box next to Tick to Display in Report field.
Tick the check boxes next to the fields to be displayed in the report.
The student’s Registration Status is displayed in the report, which you can access at Step 11.
6. Select the 'x' icon in the top corner to expand the Student Display Fields window.
The Student Display Fields are displayed on the screen.
7. Enter the date range in the Leaving Date (From) and (To) fields and then select the check box.
The Leaving Date for each student is displayed in the report.
8. Scroll to the Report Schedule window and enter the details.

| Report Format | Select a format for the report output |
| Email Notification | Select if email notification is required. This option is useful for large reports, you'll receive an email notification when the report is ready for download. |
9. (Optional) Select the Save Criteria button.
10. Select the Schedule Report button.
11. Select the paper icon, and then select Download against the report you wish to download.
