This page is where registration offer information are defined and maintained.
- School: Display your default school name
- Calendar Year: Define offers for this calendar year.
- Scholastic Year: Define offers for this scholastic year.
- Offering Status: Define offers which are Available, Draft or Cancelled:
- Available: available to all staff to view and maintain, offer information can be adjusted
- Draft: personal use ONLY, only the user creating the offer can view the offer, offer information can be adjusted
- Cancelled: group can not be deleted, only cancelled.
- Enrolment Type: Show offers for the selected enrolment type:
- Mainstream Enrolment
- Mainstream (Distance ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø)
- Mainstream (International Students)
- Opportunity Class
- Selective High School
- Distance ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Centre
- Intensive English Centre
- Evening Classes
- Support Class
- Offering name: Offering name shows in ERN. (Mandatory field).
- Estimated annual intake: Expected offering size.
- Offering Note: Commands

- Close: Return to Registration Offer menu
- Save: Save current window
- Save and Exit: Save current window and Return to Registration Offer menu
