This screen provides options for recording document details or the modification of evidence types when student details are provided, or need to be updated. For example: identity, citizenship, immunisation status or address, including when using the department's 100-point residential address check.
During the initial registration phase evidence may not be available (unverified). Once documents are received, this screen can be used to input the details through the Create option. To select the evidence to be adjusted, click the Date Sighted. The evidence will be displayed in an extra window which opens below the Sighted Document Details list.
An additional category 100-point address check has been included. There are also two additional evidence types to acknowledge new details originated from an online source such as document uploads or online enrolment. Choose from Online Un-verified or Online Verified.
Processing keys
- Create: Create new evidence
- Cancel: Return to Student menu
- Back: Return to Student menu
- Save: Save current evidence
- Save and Exit: Save current evidence and return to Student menu
- Delete: Delete the current address
