D4 D3 - Financial Management
This report will show the opening balance, closing balance, moneys going in/out and receipts/payments for each dissection/subdissection within the specified range and transaction date range. Where the date range spans more than one financial year, data will only be returned up until the end of the first financial year.
For example, if you use the date range 01/03/2016 - 29/06/2018, the report will return transactions between 01/03/2016 and 30/11/2016. Refer to the OASIS Archive Glossary for more information about the OASIS school financial year.
Use Finance 201 - Chart of Accounts to retrieve a list of a school's dissection/subdissection codes.
