How to complete actions in SI

The Online Enrolment System identifies conflicting information entered by parent/carers on their enrolment application by comparing the information with any existing records in ERN after an SRN has been linked.

Missing or conflicting items are listed as actions for you to resolve. Outstanding actions are shown with exclamation marks.

Please note: the below screen captures show fictitious examples only.

Complete or resolve information

  1. Check to see if there are any outstanding actions to be resolved.
  2. Complete all mandatory fields.
  3. Resolve conflicts for fields that are marked as different to the record in ERN. Click Resolve to review the information.
  4. A pop-up window will appear giving you the option to save the new information or keep the existing information in ERN. Select the information you want to keep.
  5. Click Resolve again.

You must resolve all actions, including completing mandatory fields and resolving any conflicts before the Send to ERN button is enabled.

Please note: If information provided in the online enrolment application differs to the health note in ERN, the new health information will be appended and added to the health note record with no information being overridden.
