How to review an update a locked application in SI
The purpose of this guide is to provide instructions on how to review and update a locked application in SI.
If you are reviewing and updating an application in SI, all fields in ERN for that student will be locked until it has been ‘Sent to ERN’, excluding any family tree or family address changed.
Detailed Instruction
- Error in ERN from student record
- Error in ERN from place management
- Flag indicates linked in SI & not sent to ERN (read only)
- Flag indicates an OE registraion
If a student has an existing registration in ERN and is not Risk Assessed, and a parent submits a second application via PI, an error message will be shown when trying to link the SRN. You will need to withdraw the registration in ERN in order to proceed in SI.
