How to withdraw an application

Please note: The screen captures below show fictitious examples only.

You can withdraw an enrolment application in these scenarios:

  • The parent/carer confirms that the application is no longer required.
  • The application is either unlinked or linked to a student reference number (SRN).
  • The application has not been ‘sent and locked’ in ERN.

Withdraw an application

1. Go to the application and click Withdraw using the button on the right.

2. A pop-up window will appear. Click the check box if you would like to send an email to the parent/carer (example shown below).

3. Select Confirm withdrawal.
