How to view supporting documents in the Online Enrolment System

Parents or carers have the option to attach supporting documents when they submit an enrolment application.

These documents can assist with:

  • Proving the student's identity
  • Providing proof of residential address
  • Supporting information on any additional learning or medical needs.

View and download documents

  1. If a parent/carer has attached documents to their application, they will be visible in the Supporting documents section.
  2. The number of uploaded documents will be included in brackets in the section heading. This example shows 1 document.
  3. The title and file type will be displayed for any uploaded documents in the list.
  4. Double click on the document name to view in the document window.
  5. If you need to print any of the supporting documents, click on the printer icon from the document window.

Please note:

  • As per the school enrolment policy originals documents must be sighted
  • If a file is available to view, it has passed the virus scan and is safe to open
  • These files do not copy or transfer to ERN, to view them at anytime, you can access them in the Online Enrolment System.
