Multicultural Outcomes reports
Under the Multicultural Outcomes Reporting Framework (MORF) the department is legislatively required to have a Multicultural Plan that outlines how we are meeting the needs of a culturally diverse society, as well as to report annually on those initiatives.
Introduction
As a designated MORF agency, the department is required to submit an annual survey tracking multicultural outcomes through quantitative data. The Multicultural Outcomes Report was formerly known as the Multicultural Policies and Services Program (MPSP) Report and the Ethnic Affairs Priorities Statement (EAPS) Report. The framework for reporting was refreshed in 2025.
Current version
The 2023-2024 MPSP report (PDF 936 KB) outlines our provisions, achievements and operational activities for the 2023 and 2024 calendar years. The report maps our activity to the department’s strategic priorities and to MPSP focus and outcomes areas.
