Guidance on your obligations under regulation 177(3)(b) and how to access your compliance history through the National Quality Agenda IT System (NQA ITS) portal.
08 July 2025
Approved providers are required to keep a record of their compliance, in line with of the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø and Care Services National Regulations.
Families can ask to view a service’s compliance record at any time.
The compliance record must be made available to any person upon request (). We strongly encourage providers and services to be proactive in sharing with families how they are addressing any compliance issues.

Approved providers can use the NQA ITS portal to access a report of the statutory compliance actions issued to them in the past 2 years.
