OASIS Archive overview


Using OASIS Archive

A brief description of each report can be found on the index page. Select the 'OASIS Reports' menu in the blue pane on the left to access the index page. Click on the '?' icon in the top right corner of any report search page to access more detailed information for that report.

Download any matching records to either a pdf or excel file using the buttons in the top left corner of the search results. If there are no matching records, a message will be displayed at the top of the screen. Refer to managing search results for further information.

If you have access to more than one school's data, you can choose the school you wish to search by clicking on the magnifying glass to the right of the 'School Name' field. The pop up screen will allow you to search by school code or school name. You can permanently change your Default School by updating your preferences in the My Profile menu in the blue menu pane on the left of the screen.

Data archived

OASIS Archive holds finance and asset data for all DoE schools up until the SAP Go Live date for that school. The SAP Go Live date was the date on which schools started using SAP Finance and the SALM applications. The majority of schools started using SAP Finance in either 2016 or 2017.
