What prefilling is available to parent/carers
There are three scenarios that allow a parent to have prefilled information available, when completing an online enrolment application.
Scenario 1
If a parent has completed Proof of Identity, the following sections may have prefilling available
- Section 1 - Student details
- Section 6 – Parent/Carers (only the parent/carer completing the application will have their own information prefilled)
Note: all fields in the sections mentioned may not be prefilled.
Scenario 2
If a parent has NOT completed Proof of Identity but has prefilled enrolment applications within the past 12 months
- Section 1 - Student details
- Section 2 - Medical details(doctor details only, no student medical conditions will be prefilled)
- Section 5 – Siblings
- Section 6 – Parent/Carers
- Section 7 – Emergency contacts
Scenario 3
If a parent has completed Proof of Identity and prefilled prior enrolment applications in the past 12 months.
- Section 1 - Student details
- Section 2 - Medical details(doctor details only, no student medical conditions will be prefilled)
- Section 5 – Siblings
- Section 6 – Parent/Carers
- Section 7 – Emergency contacts
Note: Scenario 3 applications are prefilled by the latest information held by ERN for Sections 1 and 6
