Enrolment Hub
The Enrolment Hub allows parents and carers to
- Complete multiple enrolment applications in one central location. This means they will no longer have to go to individual school websites to complete each new application
- View the status of all enrolment applications made in the past 12 months
- Save time by having information from previous applications, prefilled on their online applications. Please note, schools will have the ability to block information being prefilled in certain circumstances and families subject to court orders will have an automatic block applied to information being prefilled.
- Submit proof of identity documents which will allow additional prefilled information in their enrolment form. Where parents or carers complete proof of identity, schools will no longer need to match a student record number (SRN) manually, saving administration staff time.
The following support material is intended for Primary schools who are currently using the Online Enrolment System.
If your school is not one of the schools, please continue to use your school’s existing process until the system is rolled out to your school.
