Senior campuses and collegiate transition
Online Enrolment is an option for senior campuses. This allows parent/carers to submit enrolment applications online.
Senior campuses can use the Online Enrolment System for:
- Collegiate transition.
- Local applications for Year 11 or 12.
- Out-of-area applications for Year 11 or 12.

What this means for principals
The OES allows principals and SASS to complete the principal checklist online and for principals to certify enrolments online. Find out more about the Principal Enrolment Interface
What this means for junior campuses
Changes for junior campuses with the introduction of the Online Enrolment System at senior campuses:
- The Enrolment section of your website now includes the link to Online Enrolment for students continuing to Year 11 at the senior campus. Parent/carers can use the link to access the collegiate transition enrolment application online.
- If parent/carers submit an online enrolment application for the collegiate transition, you will not need to take any action in ERN. Find out more about the change in ERN.
Please note: Local and out-of-area applications can also be submitted to the senior campus online.
