Temporary residents
On the 3 April 2024, release 8.3 allowed temporary residents to submit an enrolment application through the Online Enrolment System (OES). We have identified there are some challenges with the new process and further analysis is required.
The Online Enrolment System (OES) is therefore now not available for temporary residents.
Parents/carers of temporary residents will not be able to submit an enrolment application online and will need to revert to the process used prior to release 8.3, that is a paper-based enrolment application.
We appreciate returning to paper forms for temporary resident enrolment is not ideal, but we will continue to prioritise work on an online solution that saves users time in the future.
