Collegiate transition: Online Enrolment System and ERN – Senior campus

When collegiate transition enrolment applications are managed in the Online Enrolment System (OES), senior campuses will see the below changes in ERN.
New light blue flag
If a parent/carer submits an Online Enrolment application, the senior campus will see a light blue flag in the ERN Tracking Sheet. If the light blue flag appears with a ‘strike through’ that means the application is being processed in the OES. The SRN has been linked but the application has not been sent to ERN.
The example below shows an application where the SRN has been linked by the senior campus in OES. The registration status is updated to ‘Interested’.
When the application is sent to ERN, the registration status will be updated to ‘Incomplete’, and the flag appears without the strike through.
