How to manage selective high school paper applications

Please note: Screen captures below show fictitious examples only.

If a parent/carer accepts a selective high school offer at your school, then submits a paper enrolment application instead of completing the application online, you can update their application in OES.

1. Go to the top right-hand side of the screen in the offer student details view. Click More actions.

2. Click Mark as submitted by paper form.

3. Make sure the paper application has been entered in ERN, then click Confirm.

The student’s application status will be updated to Submitted by paper.
