Definition of Statuses in Online Enrolment
The icons below are to help identify the status of the EOI.
Status in Online Enrolment (SI) |
How the status may be used |

| Withdrawn | The application may be withdrawn by the school if the parent/carer does not wish to proceed. The parent/carer has informed the secondary school that they no longer wish their child to be considered for enrolment at that school. ​ Once an application is withdrawn, no further action can be taken. |
| Offered | The school has used SI to Offer a place. A system generated email has been sent to the parent notifying them of the offer and directing them to complete a full Application to Enrol. |
| Not required | The parent has submitted a PNR form for this student and this student does not require placement. |
| Declined | An application is declined by the school because they are unable to offer an out-of-area place to this student. Or the students application does not meet the requirement for an out-of-area place. The school has used SI to Decline a place. A system generated email has been sent to the parent notifying them of the decline. |
| Active | The application is being reviewed by your school and you are able to use the Offer, Decline or Withdraw buttons for this application. |
| Inactive | When higher preference OoA high school offers a position, then lower preference OoA high schools will automatically see this status against the student. The Designated high school becomes Inactive when a higher preference OOA high school changes to Submitted status. |
| Pending | The student has submitted an EOI with one or more OoA schools listed. While the student is being considered for placement by a school higher up the priority list than your school, the status will show as ‘Pending’. You are able to view the details of the student’s application but will be unable to use Offer, Decline or Withdraw buttons in SI. |
| Submitted | A full enrolment application has been submitted. You will be able to see this student’s full enrolment form in your Pending applications list. |
| Not accepted | The parent has declined the offer the high school has made. |
