The purpose of this guide is to provide instructions on how to navigate the summary report

1. Select the Summary Report tab, within the Transition to high school section of Online Enrolment to view a graphical representation of EOIs.

Setting and using your enrolment forecast

1. When you view the Summary Report for the first time you will be prompted to set your school’s enrolment forecast.

2. The enrolment forecast will usually be the same or similar to your Typical annual intake for year 7 enrolments that can be found in ERN Place Management

Numbers tracker

The numbers tracker will appear once you’ve set your enrolment forecast. It shows you:

1. Number of students who have been offered a place and have had a full digital enrolment form submitted for them
2. Number of students who have been offered a place but have not yet had a full digital enrolment form submitted for them
3. Number of places remaining before you reach your enrolment forecast.

Comparison per round

• The comparison per round graph shows you a breakdown of the out-of-area and local students who have selected your school in each round.
• The numbers in this graph will update as EOIs are processed by primary schools, but will not change as you offer, decline or withdraw EOIs
