How to add a paper or verbal EOI for a student

1. In the Online Enrolment system click in the Unlinked Students tab

2. Then click on the name of the relevant student

3. You will then be asked to choose an EOI or a PNR. Click on EOI to complete a paper or verbal EOI for the student

4. You will then be taken to the EOI

5. If an existing address is held in ERN you will need to choose to proceed with that address or add a new address

6. Click the proceed button

7. The following screen will appear. Select the origin of this application form (paper form or verbal advice). Please note Out of Area cannot be submitted verbally. Out of Area submissions can only be completed on the paper form or online.

8. Complete the student detail section

9. Then complete the parent/carer section

10. If the local High School shown is the school the parent/carer has chosen, click the proceed button.

11. If the parent/carer has chosen a selective school select yes and then click the proceed button

12. If the parent/carer would like to consider placement at any other government high school select yes

13. Then type in the out of area school they wish to nominate

14. There is a maximum of 3 nominations, they are also ranked in order of choice, the order can be changed using the arrow.

15. If out-of-area high schools have been nominated, the paper form with the out-of-area considerations has to be uploaded. Click on the upload file section, then select the file you want to upload.

16. Then click the proceed button

17. Review all information entered and if correct click the submit button
