How to track & process if an EOI and a new paper application are submitted together
When a local student has an EOI Application with an active status in the Year 7 incoming tracking sheet but your school also received a full paper application, your school can:
a) direct the parent to complete the full application online or
b) process the paper application in ERN as a registration (if the parent prefers not to go online)
What you need to do:
1. When your school receives a direct paper local application, you will need to create a registration in ERN.
2. Once this has been processed in ERN, Year 7 incoming tracking sheet will be updated
What you will see:
1. The student’s status will show as active before you process the full paper application
2. The student’s status will be updated to Submitted after you process the full paper application in ERN
