How to track Year 7 applications – Year 6-7 transition EOI & PNR
From 2023, all NSW Government Year 6 students submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) or Placement not Required (PNR) during the Year 6 to Year 7 transition process, are required to submit their EOI/PNR online, by paper to their primary school, or by verbal advice to their primary school staff. If the primary school received a paper EOI/PNR or verbal advice¹, they need to enter the details into OES.
High schools can then track these EOI/PNRs using the Year 7 incoming tracking sheet.

Please Note: verbal advice cannot be received for EOIs with out-of-area preferences.
