How to update mismatched address when processing an EOI
1. The system will alert you to an address mismatch
2 .If the address provided in the EOI or PNR does not match the current student records please contact the parent to confirm the correct address following your school’s process.
3. Click the resolve button
4. Confirm the address change. Please note: if you believe the address provided is incorrect, you can withdraw the EOI using the withdraw button.
5. The green tick will then show indicating it is ready to send. Then hit the send to HS button
