Existing supply arrangements
Information about current NSW Department of ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø contracts is found on the department's existing supply arrangements page.
The requires disclosure of all contracts the department enters into with the private sector valued at more than $150,000. Details are recorded in the register of government contracts, which is published on the Department of ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø section of the website.
These details are to be registered within 45 working days of the contract coming into effect, and must remain on the register for 30 days or until the contract is complete, whichever is longer.
Contracts which are larger than $5m can be "Class 3" contracts with an increased level of disclosure and are published on the department's existing supply arrangements page.
Contracts for assisted school travel and for contingent labour are in "other contracts".
