What happens next?
Once award nominations have closed, all nominations go through a shortlisting process. Successful nominees will be invited to attend a Regional Training Awards interview.
From Regional Training Awards interviews, 3 finalists from each category will be selected and invited to attend their local Regional Training Awards presentation, where the winners of all categories will be announced.
State phase
All winners from all Regional Training Award presentations will be invited to interview for the NSW Training Awards. State finalists will be identified from these interviews and invited to attend the NSW Training Awards state presentation where winners will be announced.
National phase
State winners will undertake professional development in Sydney to prepare for the national phase of the program.
State winners will interview for the Australian Training Awards and will move onto the national phase of the program as National finalists. National finalists will attend the Australian Training Awards Ambassador Week, which concludes with the Australian Training Awards Gala Dinner.
Winners for each category will be announced at the Australian Training Awards Gala Dinner.
