Joining the RRE program shows a desire to improve or create change. Leaders can show commitment to RRE through:
- using and promoting respectful language, practices and behaviour
- setting a positive tone for school culture
- creating a space for open and respectful discussions
- creating a fairer environment for everyone – staff and students alike
- providing the funding and staff to promote gender equality and respectful relationships.
