Saving time with AI - Using NSW EduChat
In this session, designed for school-based office and support staff, you’ll be introduced to NSWEduChat, a text-based generative artificial intelligence (AI) tool developed by the NSW Department of ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø. Designed specifically for the DoE environment, NSWEduChat can assist with drafting communication, organising information, and supporting everyday administrative tasks across your school.

Join us for a practical demonstration where you will:
- Explore NSWEduChat’s key features and how it can support common office and administrative workflows.
- Learn how to use the tool to draft emails, prepare communications, summarise information, and generate documents more efficiently.
- Build skills in writing effective prompts to support time saving and productivity.
- Discuss safe, ethical, and appropriate use of generative AI.
This session is designed for staff who are new to NSWEduChat or would like to build confidence in using the tool to support communication, organisation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
