How to navigate online enrolment - for fully selective and partially selective high schools
To open the Online Enrolment System go to ERN and click Online Enrolment from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Understanding the dashboard
When you open the Online Enrolment System you will be taken to the Dashboard.
Here are the key features:
1. My notifications – messages to assist with enrolment activities.
2. My action items – summary of the number of enrolment applications to be assessed, selective high school offers to review plus any student detail updates you are required to make.
3. Arrow – opens the drop-down menu to switch between views.
4. Help & FAQs – report an issue or access the support material.
5. Settings – the following items can be configured:
• Enrolment timeframes for parent/carer communications
• Special Religious ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø and Special ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø in Ethics offerings.

Selective high school offers view
Please note: The screen captures to follow show fictitious examples only.
If parent/carers accept an offer for a place at your school, they will receive a system generated email containing a link to complete an online enrolment application for your school.
The selective high school offers view provides visibility for schools to track students who have accepted an offer and have been issued with an enrolment application for your school.
Key features:
1. Student name – students who have been sent offers from your school. You can click on a student’s name to see additional student information.
2. Offer status – shows if the parent/carer has accepted or declined the offer.
3. Enrolment application status – gives visibility of the status of the offer/application. For detail on what each of the statuses mean refer to the table below.
4. Filters – use to refine your search.
What does each selective high school enrolment status mean?
Enrolment applications view
You can use the Enrolment applications view to process applications that your school has received and view applications that have already been processed.
