How to process mainstream Year 7 direct paper local applications
If a parent/carer applies directly to your high school by submitting a paper application, you will need to process their application in ERN for it to appear in the Online Enrolment System (OES).
1. When you receive a direct paper local application, you will need to create a quick registration in ERN. Please refer to the Enter a quick registration – QRG for further details.
2. In ERN, ensure the In-Area question is answered as Y.
3. The application will appear in OES in the Year 7 incoming tracking sheet as a walk up.
4. The status shown in the walk ups column will reflect the enrolment status you selected in ERN.
