Professional learning for middle leaders

  • Leading Effective Curriculum Implementation (LECI) – 6 professional development (PD) modules that build a collective understanding of effective school leadership. This professional learning is aligned to the phases of curriculum implementation. The modules are designed to enhance the capability and skills of middle leaders.
  • LECI as a NESA recognised program– supports middle leaders to work towards Highly Accomplished accreditation.
  • LECI – illustrations of practice – these K–6 and 7–12 illustration of practices (IOPs) showcase how K–12 middle leaders can build whole school collective efficacy.
