Upcoming OOSH Tenders

Below is a list of schools with an Out of School Hours (OOSH) Licences that is due to expire and expected to be published on the  website in the next few months.

OOSH providers will receive a Notice to Tender letter before their licence is due to expire. You will have already received a letter from the department if one of your services is due to go to tender soon.

Please do not directly approach schools offering to provide OOSH to their community. As per the department’s licencing and procurement processes, OOSH services are selected via an open, competitive tender process. Any such offers from providers are considered as unsolicited proposals, which the department will not accept.

There is no change to the department’s tender process, tenders will be published on the   website in due course. Please ensure that your notification preferences on Buy NSW are up to date so that you do not miss out on tenders as they are published.

Please note, the below list is subject to change, and schools may be added or removed should priorities for the department and school communities change.
