Universal support is available for all NSW public schools through a self-service approach. Schools can access high-quality, evidence-informed resources and professional learning to support student and school improvement. Universal resources can be found on the (URH) and universal professional learning is accessed via .

The resources on the URH are developed by ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø support teams and are aligned to the ‘Teaching and Learning’ or ‘School Improvement’ cycles.

Universal resources have been through a rigorous quality assurance process involving assessment against the Universal standards, review by a cross-directorate panel and executive approval before publication.
